Sober Living Houses: Helping You To Achieve Sober Living

What Does Sober Living Mean?
The idea behind sober living is that once you exit rehab you continue to life a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle. Rehab is designed to clean the alcohol or drugs from the addict’s body. Once that’s accomplished the next step in rehab is getting the addict to open up about some of the things in their past or their present life that may be behind the reasons that they abuse alcohol or drugs. Once that’s achieved, most rehabs set out to help the addict post rehab continue to remain sober.
