Primary treatment at Sober Pacific Living is a 7 day, or longer, program.

Primary Care treatment at New Method wellness is best prescribed for patients who may require prolonged detoxification, stabilization and/ or longer- term rehabilitation care. Though we offer primary care programs that are as short as 7 days, we do recommend a minimum of 30 to 90 days of treatment, as longer treatment significantly increases the recovering addicts chances of remaining sober.

During primary care, patients will reside in gender- segregated, luxury residences and attend a full schedule of activities, treatment, education and counseling at our nearby facility. Safely secluded from the harsh influence of the outside world, each individual can begin his or her journey of recovery without distraction or undue stress.
Treatment will begin with a thorough medical assessment, detoxification and stabilization where needed. Every patient receives a physician’s care and psychoanalysis as well as talk therapy with our staff psychologist. Counseling with one of our primary wellness team members is an integral part of the recovery process and attendance in daily group sessions and 12 step meetings is part of the daily routine. Patients have access to yoga, acupuncture, massage and other holistic treatment therapies, as well.

Finally, recovery is supported by the encouragement of family members to participate in family counseling and children’s programs; Drug abuse and alcoholism is a family disease that wreaks havoc on the lives of everyone, not just the addict.

There are groups Monday through Friday to address your physical, spiritual, and emotional health such as:
